科研要出成果,生产要创效益,都要注重“求真务实、力戒虚妄”,方能取得预期成效。那么,企事业在做员工们的宣传思想工作时,是不是更应该“求真务实、力戒虚安”呢?根据我在基层做宣传思想工作与抓精神文明建设20来年的观察、思考与实践,企事业的党政领导与政工干部,要在“查实情,讲实话,办实事,见实效”上做文章,下功夫。抓住了这四点,便抓住了宣传思想工作的灵
Scientific research to produce results, production to create benefits, we must focus on “truth-seeking and pragmatic, avoid pretentious” in order to achieve the desired results.
