针对单热源枝状热网间接连接供热系统,对通过水轮机回收利用一级网余压能的热网余压回收系统进行了节能性分析。推导得出水轮机总出力、循环水泵能耗、余压能及热网余压回收系统节能率的计算公式,并通过工程实例进行了验证。分析了热用户数量、余压回收热用户的数量占所有热用户数量的比例、热网主干线及支线的压降、热源和热用户的设计需用压头对节能率的影响。
According to the indirect heat supply system of single heat branch network, the energy saving analysis of the heat recovery system of the heat recovery network through the first stage net recycling by the turbine is carried out. The formulas for calculating the energy-saving rate of the total output of the turbine, the energy consumption of the circulating pump, the residual pressure energy and the heat recovery system of the heat recovery network are deduced and validated by engineering examples. The influence of the number of thermal users, the number of hot users recovering from residual pressure on the number of all hot users, the pressure drop of hot main and branch lines, and the design head pressure of heat source and hot users are analyzed.
