0 Introduction The Wnt / β-catenin signaling pathway plays an important role in embryonic development and the maintenance of tissues and organs [1]. The abnormal regulation of this signal pathway may cause many human diseases and even malignant tumors [1-2]. The core protein β-catenin plays a pivotal role in the activation of the signaling pathway [3]. Chibby, as a new member of this signaling pathway, can inhibit the activation of β-catenin and thus the activation of Wnt Target gene expression [4-5].
