刘李波的《人员外流现象透视》一文,在我省不少地、县档案局(馆)工作人员中引起了一定的反响。在此,仅就笔者所深入了解的某县档案局(馆)的一件小事谈谈感想(附带声明,对此事的分析与认识纯系笔者一孔之见,且对事不对人)。 M同志是前几年某大学档案专业毕业的大专生,共青团员。局、馆领导分配他先做库房管理工作,后做编研工作。该同志政治上要求进步,担任本局团支部书记:业务上肯钻研问题,曾连续三年被评为局馆先进工作者。1989年,省局通知各地、县档案馆编写并上报一份
