目的:观察参藤三黄汤对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢、TNF-α水平及大血管病变的影响。方法:将60只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性对照组、参藤三黄汤高、中、低剂量治疗组共6组,每组10只,除空白组外其余大鼠采用高脂高糖饲料喂饲大鼠4周,诱发胰岛素抵抗,再以低剂量链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)诱发高血糖症,造成T2DM大鼠模型。治疗组使用参藤三黄汤进行治疗,阳性对照组使用马来酸罗格列酮进行治疗,连续观察8周,通过测定血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、TNF-α等指标比较其疗效。结果:与模型对照组相比,参藤三黄汤对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠具有明显的降血糖作用,血清中TC、TG、LDL水平也有显著的降低,且可以抑制炎症因子TNF-α的升高,大血管动脉壁亦无明显病例变异。结论:参藤三黄汤可以有效控制Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的糖脂代谢,抑制炎症因子,改善大血管病理变异,进而有效控制Ⅱ型糖尿病及其并发症的发展。
Objective: To observe the effects of shenten sanhuang decoction on the levels of glucose and lipid metabolism, TNF-α and macrovascular diseases in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, positive control group, ShenTeng Sanhuang Decoction high, medium and low dose treatment group, a total of 6 groups of 10 rats in each group, except the blank group The rats were fed with high-fat and high-sugar diet for 4 weeks to induce insulin resistance, then hyperglycemia was induced by low-dose streptozotocin (STZ), resulting in T2DM rat model. The treatment group was treated with ShenTou Sanhuang Decoction. The positive control group was treated with rosiglitazone maleate for 8 weeks. The blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, TNF-α and other indicators to compare its efficacy. Results: Compared with the model control group, SDT had obvious hypoglycemic effect on type 2 diabetic rats, and the levels of TC, TG and LDL in serum were also significantly decreased, and the increase of TNF-α There was no obvious case variation in the aortic wall. Conclusion: ShenTou Sanhuang Decoction can effectively control the glycolipid metabolism, inhibit the inflammatory factors and improve the pathological changes of macrovascular in type 2 diabetic rats, and then effectively control the development of type 2 diabetes and its complications.
