目的探讨职场排斥与抑郁的关系以及自我概念清晰性在这种关系中的中介作用。方法采用网络调查的方式,以246名职场人士为研究对象,施测了职场排斥量表、自我概念清晰性量表和流调中心用抑郁量表。结果①职场排斥与抑郁呈中等程度的正相关(r=0.422,P<0.01),职场排斥与自我概念清晰性呈显著负相关(r=-0.273,P<0.01),自我概念清晰性与抑郁存在中等程度的负相关(r=-0.433,P<0.01);②自我概念清晰性在职场排斥与抑郁之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例为22.3%;③使用Bootstrapp ing法检验自我概念清晰性的中介作用,其结果仍表明中介效应显著。结论职场排斥对员工的抑郁程度存在显著的影响,且这种影响部分是通过自我概念清晰性的中介作用实现的。
Objective To explore the relationship between workplace exclusion and depression and the role of self-concept clarity in this relationship. Methods By means of internet survey, a total of 246 professionals were selected as research objects. The scale of workplace exclusion, self-concept clarity and depressive scale were used. Results ① There was a moderate positive correlation between workplace exclusion and depression (r = 0.422, P <0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between workplace exclusion and self-concept clarity (r = -0.273, P <0.01) (R = -0.433, P <0.01). (2) Self-concept clarity played a partial mediating role between workplace exclusion and depression, and the proportion of mediation effect to total effect was 22.3%. (3) Using Bootstrapp method The intermediary role of testing self-concept clarity shows that the mediation effect is significant. Conclusion Job exclusion has a significant impact on the degree of depression among employees, and this effect is partly mediated through the self-concept clarity.
