王台铺煤矿XV#煤顶板属于坚硬难垮顶板,由于条件限制和存在问题不宜采用传统的超前深孔预裂爆破弱化方式处理顶板问题,采用定向水力压裂技术在井下工作面进行现场试验,通过现场围岩地质力学特征测试确定定向水力压裂方案。工作面回采后通过监测支架受力,得出预压裂工作面顶板初次来压步距在26~27 m之间,水力压裂控制顶板效果良好,并且克服了深孔预裂爆破中存在的不足,为该技术的推广应用提供了依据。
