目的 了解西安市 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 3年医院消毒工作现状 ,为进一步提高消毒质量提供依据。方法 对该市各级医院室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液等进行了微生物污染的检测。结果 3a室内空气合格率平均为 5 6 5 7% ,物体表面合格率为 84 3 8% ,医护人员手合格率为 64 83 % ,压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率为 92 5 9% ,使用中消毒液合格率为92 5 6% ,医疗器械合格率为 79 73 % ,氧气瓶湿化水合格率为 2 1 3 1%。结论 各级医院室内空气、医护人员手、氧气瓶湿化水微生物检测合格率很差。应加强对西安市各级医院消毒工作的管理
Objective To understand the current status of hospital disinfection in 2001-2003 in Xi’an and provide the basis for further improving the disinfection quality. Methods The indoor air of all levels of the city, the surface of the object, the hand of medical staff, the disinfectant in use and so on were tested for microbial contamination. Results The average pass rate of indoor air was 5 6 57%, the pass rate of object surface was 84 3 8%, the passing rate of medical staff was 64 83%, the pass rate of pressure steam sterilizer was 92 5 9% The qualified rate of liquid was 92 5 6%, the passing rate of medical equipment was 79 73% and the pass rate of oxygenated water bottle was 2131%. Conclusions All hospitals at all levels of indoor air, health care workers hands, oxygen bottles wet water microbial test pass rate is poor. We should strengthen the management of disinfection work at all levels of hospitals in Xi’an
