Based on the data collected from questionnaire of psychological quality of tour guides intensified classes in Xinjiang in April 1999, this paper expounds and analyzes the tourism industry in Xinjiang and points out the psychological characteristics and psychological qualities of tour guides in Xinjiang. Put forward the opinion of the systematic psychological knowledge learning, situation training and project competition in Xinjiang tour guide psychological quality training
