目的研究环境极低频电磁场对人体甲状腺功能和血液系统健康的影响。方法本次研究选择丹江口水力发电厂受到电磁场辐射较强的工作人员为观察组,受到电磁场强度很弱、甚至没有的工作人员为对照组,进行流行病学调查,对被调查对象用化学发光免疫试剂盒,总三碘甲状腺原氨酸T3、总甲状腺素T4、促甲状腺激素TSH;血红蛋白质Hb、红细胞RBC、白细胞WBC、血小板PLT进行测定。结果观察组的总三碘甲状腺原氨酸T3、总甲状腺素T4显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的促甲状腺激素TSH、白细胞WBC、血小板PLT显著高于对照组。观察组的血红蛋白含量、红细胞数量无统计学意义。结论环境极低频电磁场,对三碘甲状腺原氨酸T3、总甲状腺素T4,促甲状腺激素TSH、白细胞WBC、血小板PLT有一定的影响,但是仍然在安全范围之内。
Objective To study the effect of environment very low frequency electromagnetic field on thyroid function and hematological system. Methods In this study, Danjiangkou hydroelectric power plant was selected as the observation group by the workers whose electromagnetic field radiation was strong. The workers whose electromagnetic fields were weak or not even were selected as the control group for epidemiological investigation. Kit, total triiodothyronine T3, total thyroxine T4, thyroid stimulating hormone TSH; hemoglobin Hb, erythrocyte RBC, white blood cell WBC, platelet PLT were measured. Results Total triiodothyronine T3 and total thyroxine T4 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Thyroid stimulating hormone TSH, white blood cell WBC and platelet PLT in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Observation group hemoglobin content, the number of red blood cells was not statistically significant. Conclusion The very low frequency electromagnetic field has certain influence on triiodothyronine T3, total thyroxine T4, thyrotropin TSH, white blood cell WBC and platelet PLT, but it is still in the safe range.
