采用浸镀金属锌对预处理后的硬铝LY11合金加以表面改性;在大气环境、无中间层合金的条件下进行了超塑成形/扩散连接(SPF/DB)工艺的研究,并对其机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明:在470℃、3600MPa、4h下,进行SPF/DB工艺效果最佳。其扩散连接机理为:通过原子扩散实现连接界面的迁移;回复和再结晶引起原始连接界面的消失。
The pretreated hard aluminum LY11 alloy was surface modified with immersion zinc metal. The superplastic forming / diffusion bonding (SPF / DB) process was studied in the atmosphere without intermediate layer alloy. Mechanism of a preliminary discussion. The results showed that SPF / DB process was the best at 470 ℃, 3600MPa and 4h. The mechanism of its diffusion connection is that the migration of the connection interface is achieved by atomic diffusion; the recovery and recrystallization cause the disappearance of the original connection interface.
