近年来,房屋建筑项目工程管理的管理理论在我国经过实践检验,已经逐渐走向成熟,作为一门综合性的科学理论,其主要核心管理可以归结为工程的三控管理理论,即对建筑项目工程的质量控制,成本控制,和工程的进度控制。加强对建筑工程的项目管理,有助于利用有限的工程建设资源,建造出符合社会需求的工程项目。新时期,加强对工程建设项目施工管理,对提高资源的利用效率,缓解社会资源压力,保证工程建设质量,建设社会主义和谐社会有着重要意义。
