目的 研究人重组γ -干扰素 (hrIFN -γ)和白细胞介素 4 (hrIL - 4 )对人早孕滋养层组织绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)分泌的影响。方法 采用人工流产方法取得绒毛组织 ,加入不同剂量hrIFN -γ和hrIL - 4做短期组织培养 ,采用12 5I放射免疫法检测上清液中HCG含量。结果 hrIFN -γ对滋养层组织HCG的分泌具有抑制作用 ,hrIL - 4对滋养层组织HCG的分泌具有促进作用。结论 外源性Th 1、TH 2型细胞因子对滋养层组织的具有免疫调节作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant human interferon gamma (hrIFN-γ) and interleukin-4 (hrIL - 4) on the secretion of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in human trophoblast in early pregnancy. Methods Villus tissues were obtained by artificial abortion. Short-term tissue culture was performed by adding different doses of hrIFN-γ and hrIL-4. The content of HCG in the supernatant was detected by 125I radioimmunoassay. Results hrIFN-γ inhibited the secretion of HCG in trophoblast tissue, hrIL - 4 promoted the secretion of HCG in trophoblast tissue. Conclusion Exogenous Th1 and TH2 cytokines play an immunomodulatory role in trophoblast tissue.
