从中国南海短指多型软珊瑚Sinularia polydactyla 分离出一种新的喹啉酮衍生物(Quinolone derivative,简称Q)、分子量191.0587,分子式C_(10)H_9NO_3,由各种光谱及x 光衍射分析等证实其结构为7—羟基—8—甲氧基—4(1H)—喹啉酮.生理活性试验表明,Q 使小白鼠心脏和脑组织血流量明显增加,对由脑垂体后叶素所致的急性心肌缺血的保护作用以及常压耐缺氧试验等均有明显的效应;对由乌头碱引起的心律失常也有缓解作用,其毒性较低.
A new quinolinone derivative (Quinolone derivative, abbreviation Q), molecular weight 191.0587, molecular formula C_(10)H_9NO_3, from various spectroscopy and x-ray diffraction analysis, was isolated from the short-fingered polyporic coral Sinularia polydactyla in the South China Sea. Its structure was proved to be 7-hydroxy-8-methoxy-4(1H)-quinolinone. The physiological activity test showed that Q caused a significant increase in blood flow in the heart and brain of mice, which was caused by pituitrin. The protective effects of acute myocardial ischemia and hypobaric hypoxia test have obvious effects; they also alleviate arrhythmia caused by aconitine, and their toxicity is low.
