在日益激烈的行业和市场竞争中,面对酒店行业员工流失率高的现象,酒店如果想取得并保持竞争优势,就必须重视人力资源管理。而人力资源管理的难点是如何设计使用有效的激励机制来吸引和留住人才。随着员工知识水平、素质、能力等的不断提高,物质层面的激励已不足以激发员工的动力。本文从精神层面来浅谈酒店对员工的激励。
