目的探讨腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗未破裂输卵管妊娠的疗效及护理方法。方法采用腹腔镜下挤压法排出输卵管内妊娠物加MTX局部注射、配合口服米非司酮治疗80例未破裂输卵管妊娠,术后行输卵管通液术,检测输卵管通畅情况与传统开腹手术相比较。结果80例无中转开腹者,输卵管通畅率达96.25%。结论腹腔镜手术结合药物治疗未破裂输卵管妊娠比传统的开创术更微创,疗效更好,重视护理,加强巡视患者,可避免并发症发生。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and nursing of laparoscopic surgery combined with drug treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy. Methods The intraperitoneal injection of MTX was given by laparoscopic extrusion and local injection of MTX was given in combination with oral mifepristone to treat 80 cases of unruptured tubal pregnancy. Tubal fluid was obtained after operation. The tubal patency was compared with that of conventional laparotomy Compare Results 80 patients without transit oppression, tubal patency rate of 96.25%. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with drug treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy is more minimally invasive than the traditional invasive surgery, curative effect is better, emphasis on nursing, to strengthen patrol patients, complications can be avoided.
