在深化改革、扩大开放、发展市场经济的新形势下,人们视野开阔,思想活跃,志趣各异。如何加强和改善思想政治工作,把人们的积极性,创造性引导到为经济建设服务的轨道上来,是一个值得研究的重要课题。笔者认为,防疫工作重在管理。管理应先管人,管人应先管思想。坚持下列四个“结合”,有助于基层卫生防疫机构加强和改善思想政治工作。
In the new situation of deepening reforms, expanding opening up, and developing a market economy, people have broad vision, active thoughts, and diverse interests. How to strengthen and improve ideological and political work and guide people’s enthusiasm and creativity to the service of economic construction is an important issue worthy of study. The author believes that the epidemic prevention work focuses on management. Management should be the first person to be in charge, and the person in charge should be in charge of thinking first. Adhere to the following four “combinations” to help grass-roots health and anti-epidemic organizations strengthen and improve ideological and political work.
