从试验和数值分析两个方面研究了螺栓预紧力矩对LY12CZ铝合金双盖板对接螺纹联接件微动损伤的影响。在高频疲劳试验机上进行了微动试验 ,对接触表面间的微动损伤状况进行了观察分析。此外 ,在考虑摩擦力的情况下 ,用边界元法对联接板接触面间的位移场和应力场进行了计算 ,并用微动摩擦功来衡量接触面上微动损伤的严重程度 ,所得的结果表明 ,螺栓预紧力矩值的大小对螺纹联接件的微动损伤有较大的影响 ,在某一力矩下其微动损伤程度较轻。
The effects of bolt pretightening moment on the fretting damage of the butt joint of LY12CZ aluminum alloy double-deck were studied from two aspects of experiment and numerical analysis. The fretting test was carried out on the high-frequency fatigue testing machine, and the fretting damage between the contact surfaces was observed and analyzed. In addition, considering the friction force, the displacement field and stress field between the contact surfaces of the coupling plates were calculated by the boundary element method, and the severity of fretting damage on the contact surface was measured by the fretting friction work It is shown that the magnitude of bolt pre-tightening torque has a greater influence on the fretting damage of the threaded coupling, and the fretting damage is lighter under a certain moment.
