目的:探讨热毒宁注射液联合利巴韦林注射液治疗小儿手足口病临床疗效。方法:选用2015年2月至2017年2月期间在医院进行治疗的106例小儿手足口病患儿作为此次研究对象,并将其随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组患儿采用利巴韦林注射液进行治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上联合热毒宁注射液进行治疗,分析比较两组患儿各项症状改善时间情况。结果:观察组患儿退热时间、皮疹消退时间、皮疹消退时间分别为(2.57±1.31)d、(3.14±1.22)d、(4.15±1.16)d,相比于对照组的(4.19±1.45)d、(4.95±1.79)d、(5.99±1.25)d,观察组患儿各项症状改善时间明显更短,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热毒宁注射液联合利巴韦林注射液治疗小儿手足口病临床疗效显著,各项症状和体征得到明显改善,治愈率和安全性得到提高,临床上值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Renduining injection combined with ribavirin injection in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods: A total of 106 children with HFMD in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Children in control group were treated with Lee The rabbits in the observation group were treated with Radixin injection on the basis of the control group, and the time for improvement of symptoms in both groups was compared and analyzed. Results: The antipyretic time, rash subsidence time and rash subsidence time in the observation group were (2.57 ± 1.31) d and (3.14 ± 1.22) days and (4.15 ± 1.16) days, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (4.19 ± 1.45 ) d, (4.95 ± 1.79) d, (5.99 ± 1.25) d respectively. There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Reverining injection and ribavirin injection is effective in treating hand-foot-mouth disease in children. The clinical symptoms and signs are obviously improved, and the cure rate and safety are improved. It is worth popularizing and applying clinically.
