用表面张力法、电导法和荧光法研究了水溶性聚乙二醇(PEG)和十二烷基磺酸钠(AS)之间的相互作用。推导出了在饱和点下 AS 与 PEG 浓度的关系式(40℃)。在饱和点和低于饱和点下,用稳态荧光猝灭法测得 PEG—AS 混合胶束中 AS 的聚集数均为30±2。计算出 PEG 分子中122个结构单元与 AS 胶束形成一个混合胶束。在饱和点以上,整个体系的“平均”胶束聚集数增大。
The interaction between water-soluble polyethylene glycol (PEG) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (AS) was investigated by surface tension, conductivity and fluorescence methods. The relationship between the concentration of AS and PEG at saturation point (40 ℃) is deduced. At the saturation point and below the saturation point, the aggregation number of AS in the PEG-AS mixed micelles measured by the steady-state fluorescence quenching method was both 30 ± 2. It is calculated that 122 structural units in PEG molecule form a mixed micelle with AS micelles. Above the saturation point, the “average” micellar aggregation of the entire system increases.
