党的十八届三中全会明确提出,创新社会治理体制,改进社会治理方式,激发社会组织活力。思想政治工作是我们党的优良传统和政治优势,如何使思想政治工作能够在激发社会组织活力的过程中发挥应有的作用,应当成为思想政治教育领域的研究者和工作者共同关心的问题。主要问题改革开放以来,我国的社会组织逐渐获得了蓬勃发展,社会作用日益凸显。但是我们对社会组织的管理仍不成熟,社会组织思想政治工作亟待完善。
The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee made it clear that we should innovate the social governance system, improve the methods of social governance, and stimulate the vitality of social organizations. Ideological and political work is our Party’s fine tradition and political superiority. How to make ideological and political work play a due role in stimulating the vitality of social organizations should be the common concern of researchers and practitioners in the field of ideological and political education. Since the reform and opening up, China’s social organization has gradually gained a booming development and its social role has become increasingly prominent. However, our management of social organizations is still immature and the ideological and political work of social organizations needs to be perfected.
