目的探讨项目教学法在中专妇产科护理学实践教学中应用。方法将2012年3月—2013年7月163名临床护理实习学生分为对照组(82人)和观察组(81人),对照组采用传统教学方法进行教学,观察组采用项目教学法进行教学,教学活动采用综合技能操作考试对教学效果进行比较。结果考核结果显示观察组学习效果要优于对照组,通过项目教学,护理实习人员很好地掌握了临床护理的理论知识和操作要领,同时该教学方法接受程度高,课程安排及实习效果满意。结论不同教学法在临床护理教学上的效果具有显著差异,其中项目教学法有利于更好的培养学生的职业能力和操作技能,其教学效果优于传统教学法,值得在教学中进行推广和应用。
Objective To explore the application of the project teaching method in practical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing in secondary school. Methods A total of 163 clinical nursing interns from March 2012 to July 2013 were divided into control group (82 persons) and observation group (81 persons). The control group was taught by the traditional teaching method and the observation group was taught by the project teaching method , Teaching activities using comprehensive skills test to compare teaching effectiveness. Results The examination results showed that the observation group had better learning outcomes than the control group. Through the project teaching and nursing interns, the theoretical knowledge and operation essentials of clinical nursing were well mastered. At the same time, the teaching methods were highly accepted and the curriculum arrangement and practical effect were satisfactory. Conclusion Different teaching methods have significant differences in clinical nursing teaching. The project teaching method is conducive to better training of students’ occupational and operational skills, and its teaching effect is better than the traditional teaching method, which is worth to be popularized and applied in teaching .
