(2011年12月27日)同志们:这次会议是在我省水利工作进入关键阶段、面临千载难逢发展机遇的大好形势下召开的一次重要会议。主要任务是:贯彻落实不久前召开的全国水利新闻宣传工作会议精神,总结前段水利宣传工作取得的成绩和经验,分析我省水利宣传工作面临的新形势,明确任务,突出重点,狠抓落实,努力提升水利宣传工作水平,为推进我省水利跨越式发展营造良好舆论氛围。今天,我们很荣幸地邀请到水利部新闻宣传中心、河南省委宣传部的有关领导到会指导。在此,我代表厅党组和全省水利系统广大干部职工,对各位领导莅临会议表示热烈的欢迎,对各位领导长期以来对河南水利的关心和支持、广大水利宣传工作者的辛勤奉献表示衷心的感谢!
(December 27, 2011) Comrades: This meeting is an important meeting held under the great situation of unprecedented development opportunities as the water conservancy work in our province has entered a crucial stage. The main tasks are: to implement the spirit of the National Water Conservancy Press Publicity Work Conference held recently, to summarize the achievements and experiences gained in the previous stage of water conservancy publicity work, to analyze the new situation confronting the water conservancy publicity work in our province, to clarify the tasks, to give prominence to the key points, Efforts to enhance the level of water conservancy publicity work to promote the leaping development of water conservancy in our province to create a good atmosphere of public opinion.
