一、企业文化的涵义与内容企业文化起源于日本,形成在美国,发展在世界。关于企业文化的涵义众说不一,流派纷呈,至今没有一个统一、确定的说法,很难用精确的文字语言表述。目前具有代表性和广为流传的有:广义狭义说、总和说、同心园说、力量说、精神财富说、精神现象说、群体意识说、成果说等。从国情出发,在我国一般采用精神财富说,表述为:企业职工根据本企业的客观条件,在从事生产经营活动中所创造的精神财富以及承载这些精神财富的组织活动形式和物质形态,它包括职工的思想文化素质、企业精神、民主意识、法律观念、职业道德、风俗习惯、价值准则以及文化环境等。
