某大型钢铁厂废水处理回用工程在原有工艺基础上提标改造,增加深度处理,进水为生产废水和生活污水按9∶1混合水,处理水量为2 000 m~3/h,预处理工艺为格栅、调节池、高密度沉淀池、V型滤池,深度处理采用浸没式超滤、反渗透系统,系统出水水质满足钢铁厂回用水标准。其中将浸没式超滤作为反渗透进水的前处理工艺,超滤出水水质稳定,完全满足反渗透进水要求,浊度<1 NTU,SDI<3,运行成本低。
