观察了向大鼠侧脑室微量注射雨蛙肽对由束缚浸水引起的大鼠应激性胃粘膜损伤的影响,并初步探讨了其作用机理。结果表明,侧脑室注射一定剂量的雨蛙肽(1.0~4.0ng)有明显的抗应激性胃粘膜损伤作用,这种作用可被预先侧脑室注射纳络酮所阻断,而预先侧脑室注射酚妥拉明、心得安及阿托品对雨蛙肽的作用无影响。提示,在雨蛙肽的抗应激性胃粘膜损伤作用中有中枢的吗啡受体参与。
The effect of microinjection of cerulein into the rat lateral ventricle on stress-induced gastric mucosal injury in rats induced by restrained immersion was observed, and its mechanism of action was preliminarily explored. The results showed that the injection of a certain dose of cerulein (1.0-4.0 ng) into the lateral cerebral ventricle had significant anti-stress gastric mucosal damage, which could be blocked by preinjection of naloxone into the lateral ventricle. Phentolamine, propranolol and atropine have no effect on the effects of cerulein. It is suggested that central morphine receptors participate in the anti-stress gastric mucosal damage of cerulein.
