环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,cy)是一种常用的免疫抑制剂,为进一步了解 cy 对细胞免疫功能的影响,本研究采用 cy 经腹腔途径处理家兔,对其外周血淋巴细胞α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)阳性率进行了动态测定。
Cyclophosphamide (cy) is a commonly used immunosuppressive agent. To further understand the effect of cy on cellular immune function, this study used cy for intraperitoneal administration of rabbits to their peripheral blood lymphocyte alpha-naphthyl acetate. The positive rate of enzyme (ANAE) was measured dynamically.
