M7130型平面磨床在磨削整体硬质合金的硬材料时,功率消耗大,生产效率低,经常出现负荷过重,造成磨头咬住现象。我们分析了该机床磨头结构后,认为前轴承在负荷过大时,产生发热膨胀,滑动轴承的油膜遭受破坏,出现抱轴现象。为此,我们提出采用双列向心短圆柱滚子轴承和加装轴套等来改进前轴承(见图1中的b)。使用半年后,发现滚珠磨损和滚道润滑脂耗尽,产生噪声,影响了加工精度的要求。

After analyzing the grinding head structure of the machine tool, we think that the front bearing generates heat and expands when the load is too large, and the oil film of the sliding bearing is damaged and the axis of the axle is held in an axial way. For this reason, we propose to improve the front bearing by using double row radial cylindrical roller bearings and bushings (see Figure 1, b). After six months of use, it was found that the ball wear and raceway grease were depleted, resulting in noise, affecting the machining accuracy requirements.
