The unions called for a more global growth-oriented international policy framework for employment. The experience of employment growth in the United States and European countries illustrates the importance of a growth-oriented macro-policy. At the global level, this will cause changes in the structural adjustment policies of the international financial institutions and increase the domestic demand of developing countries more. The OECD country's own history illustrates the economic dangers of regular labor without regularity: long hours of work, low pay, low productivity, low quality of production, long working hours, lack of confidence in accidents and coping with technological change. The social costs and risks of political stability are most obvious. In China, especially in the development of the private sector, the state needs them to step up efforts to introduce and implement a sound labor market system, protect workers in an unrestrained market system and control changes from the perspective of social sustainability. Workers' voices through unions, factories and companies also have economic value
