教育改革新的发展形势对教育工作提出了新的要求和新的内容,也给学生各个阶段的学习提出了更高的要求以及给予了新的教育方式和模式,为各个层次的学校教育提出了新的课题和新的挑战,无论是对于学生来说,还是对于学校教育团队而言,教育改革的新发展趋势都是机遇与挑战并存的。在这样的形势背景下,高职学校的教育,作为新世纪以来我国教育模式探究的一种具有特色的教学,其改革和发展必然成为社会各界关注的重点和焦点。要想将各项教学工作统筹展开,那么做好高职学校学生的思想政治教育工作则必然是重中之重。因此,基于当前高校思想政治教育工作存在的问题,分析和研究影响高职院校思想政治教育存在漏洞的原因,努力加强高职学校学生思想政治教育工作,重视学生德育成为高职院校重点工作,在原有教育成果基础上开拓创新、寻求思想政治教育新途径,是当前改进高职院校思想政治教育工作的迫切任务。关于加强高职院校学生思想政治教育工作的探究有着十分重要的社会意义和现实价值,同时,这一问题也成为许多教育工作者以及教学一线的教师所从事或探究的问题。因此,基于前人关于高职院校学生思想政治教育工作的探究与分析,结合自身对高职院校学生思想在教育工作的认识和经验,就这一问题展开详细探究,并提出可行性建议或意见。
