第一条为建立健全统一开放、竞争有序的建筑市场体系,促进建筑企业公平竞争,加强对建筑企业跨省承揽业务活动的监督管理,依据《中华人民共和国建筑法》、《企业信息公示暂行条例》、《关于促进市场公平竞争维护市场正常秩序的若干意见》(国发〔2014〕20号)等,制定本规定。第二条建筑企业在中华人民共和国境内跨省承揽房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程及其监督管理活动,适用本规定。本规定所称建筑企业是指取得工程勘
Article 1 For the purpose of establishing and perfecting a unified, open and competitive construction market system, promoting fair competition among construction enterprises and strengthening the supervision and management of construction enterprises operating under inter-provincial contracts, according to the “Construction Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the “Interim Provisions on Enterprise Information Disclosure Regulations, ”“ Opinions on Promoting Fair Market Competition and Maintaining a Fair Market Order ”(Guo Fa [2014] No.20), etc. These Provisions are hereby formulated.
