实测了管材连续拉拔时的拉拔力。通过对拉拔过程中的应力和应变分析,建立了管材拉拔力理论计算公式,并将该公式与其他公式进行了比较。比较结果表明,采用本文提出的理论公式计算拉拔力,计算值与实测值最接近。
Measured when the continuous pull pipe drawing force. Through the analysis of the stress and strain in the process of drawing, the theoretical formula of pipe drawing force was established, and the formula was compared with other formulas. The comparison results show that using the theoretical formula proposed in this paper to calculate the drawing force, the calculated value is closest to the measured value.
