利用“手工法”所取原油样品缺乏真实代表性,造成计量误差增大,因此应采用在线式连续自动取样器。通过对自动取样器的使用、分析、对比,认为自动取样器所取的油样更加客现真实,能消除因输油工况的变化和输油工艺造成的人工取样代表性差的问题;能提高原油的交接计量管理水平,降低计量误差;能消除手工取样中的人为因素,减轻操作工人的劳动强度。
The use of “manual method” crude oil samples lack the true representative, resulting in increased measurement error, it should be used online continuous autosampler. Through the use, analysis and comparison of the autosampler, it is considered that the oil sample taken by the autosampler is more realistic and can eliminate the problem of poor representativeness of artificial sampling caused by the change of the oil transportation condition and the oil transportation process; Handover of crude oil measurement management level, reducing measurement error; can eliminate manual sampling of human factors and reduce the labor intensity of the workers.
