对Ti-53(Ti-5Al-1Sn-1Cr-1Fe)钛合金在不同热处理条件下的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,完全退火处理后,β相明显减少,α相发生再结晶,组织由针片状α相+少量β相组成,强度、硬度较低,塑韧性较高;固溶处理后,部分β相无扩散转变为α’相;时效处理后,固溶时出现的部分不稳定α’相发生分解,最终组织为片状α相+高度弥散的β相+少量α’相,还出现一定量的β斑,强度和硬度明显提高,塑韧性也有所提高。Ti-53合金的室温拉伸断口表现为韧脆混合断裂特征。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-53 (Ti-5Al-1Sn-1Cr-1Fe) titanium alloy under different heat treatment conditions were studied. The results show that the β phase is obviously reduced and the α phase is recrystallized after complete annealing. The microstructure is composed of acicular α phase + a small amount of β phase, the strength and hardness are lower and the plasticity and toughness are higher. After the solution treatment, Phase non-diffusion into α ’phase. After aging treatment, part of the unstable α’ phase decomposed during solid solution, the final organization is flaky α phase + highly dispersed β phase + a small amount of α ’phase, but also a certain amount Β spot, the strength and hardness increased significantly, plastic toughness has also been improved. Ti-53 alloy tensile fracture at room temperature showed brittle-brittle mixed fracture characteristics.
