目的 探讨急性低压缺氧对飞行员血浆铜锌超氧化物歧化酶 (Cu Zn- SOD)及总抗氧化能力 (T- AOC)的影响。 方法 用比色法测定了 16名健康男性歼击机飞行员缺氧前 (6 :0 0 )、急性中度低压缺氧后即刻 (10 :0 0 )及 6 h后 (16 :0 0 )的血浆 Cu Zn- SOD水平及 T- AOC,并以 16名健康男性地面人员相应时间的测定作对照。 结果 缺氧前飞行员的基础 Cu Zn- SOD水平高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;缺氧后即刻 ,飞行员的血浆 Cu Zn- SOD水平较缺氧前明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,缺氧结束后 6 h恢复到缺氧前水平 ;缺氧后即刻血浆 T- AOC显著低于缺氧前 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,缺氧后 6 h亦恢复到缺氧前水平。 结论 急性中度低压缺氧可使飞行人员发生短暂的血浆 Cu Zn- SOD水平下降 ,T- AOC降低 ,应使飞行员充分了解可能发生缺氧的原因 ,辨认缺氧症状 ,及时纠正
Objective To investigate the effects of acute hypobaric hypoxia on plasma levels of Cu Zn-SOD and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in pilots. Methods Sixteen healthy male fighter pilots were measured by colorimetric method before hypoxia (6: 0 0), acute moderate hypobaric hypoxia (10: 0 0), and 6 h (16: 0 0) plasma Cu Zn-SOD levels and T-AOC, and the control of 16 healthy male ground staff corresponding time. Results The baseline level of Cu Zn-SOD in pilots before hypoxia was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Immediately after hypoxia, the level of Cu Zn-SOD in pilots was significantly lower than that before hypoxia (P <0. 0 5), and returned to the level of pre-hypoxia 6 hours after hypoxia; the T-AOC in plasma immediately after hypoxia was significantly lower than that before hypoxia (P <0.05), and returned to hypoxia 6 hours after hypoxia Level. Conclusions Acute hypobaric hypoxia can shorten the plasma levels of Cu Zn-SOD and decrease the T-AOC in pilots, so that pilots can fully understand the possible causes of hypoxia, identify the symptoms of hypoxia, and correct them promptly
