分析了影响煤矿混凝土管道安全输送的主要因素,阐述了混凝土输送管道相关的检测技术。结合制约混凝土长距离管道输送的管道堵塞问题,分析了堵塞发生的主要原因,并通过设计一种具有自动换向功能的防爆管装置,辅助实现长距离管道安全输送。
The main factors influencing the safe transportation of coal mine concrete pipe are analyzed, and the detection technology related to concrete conveying pipe is expounded. Combined with the problem of blockage of the pipeline which restricts long-distance concrete transportation, the main cause of blockage is analyzed. And a kind of explosion-proof pipe device with automatic reversing function is designed to assure the safe transportation of long-distance pipeline.
