铁塔中实腹式组合角钢构件在两节点间需设置填板,在DL/T 5154-2002《架空送电线路杆结构设计技术规定》、GB 50017-2003《钢结构设计规范》中,仅简要提出了填板设置的构造要求,而对填板及其连接螺栓的设计计算、具体布置方式均未作详细说明,设计时往往根据经验进行设计。采用试验研究和有限元分析两种方法,通过填板位置和方向的不同来研究填板在组合角钢中所起的作用,以探索填板的设计方法。
In the tower, the solid belly combined angle steel member needs to be provided with a filling plate between two nodes. In the Technical Specification for Design of Overhead Transmission Line Rod Design of DL / T 5154-2002, Code for Design of Steel Structure of GB 50017-2003, Put forward the construction requirements of the filler plate, but the design and calculation of the filler plate and its connection bolts are not described in detail. The design is often based on experience. Two methods, experimental study and finite element analysis, are used to study the effect of filling plate in composite angle by the difference of position and direction of filling plate in order to explore the design method of filling plate.
