In this study, the computer image analysis technique was used to measure the diameters of 210 vas deferens in 107 males. The average effective circle diameter was 2.17 ± 0.20 mm and the equivalent circle diameter was 0.56 ± 0.08 mm. The wall of the tube Thick 0.81 ± 0.21mm. The average rupture volume of 124 1 cm long vas deferens under passive distention was 0.05 ± 0.007 ml. Histomorphology of ruptured vas deferens was observed, and the correlation between rupture capacity and individual characteristics and vas deferens anatomical parameters were analyzed and discussed. The results of this study provide a useful reference value for the vas deferens obstruction and birth control data and information.
