我国的饮食文化历史悠久,闻名于世,是我国宝贵的文化遗产。孙中山先生在1917—1919年撰著的《建国方略》中,辟专门章节高度评价了我国的饮食文化,这是我国近代史上论述中国饮食文化中最完整的一篇重要文献,对于研究我国饮食文化的历史,具有重要的学术价值。今年3月12日,是孙中山先生逝世70周年,为纪念孙中山先生,本刊现全文转载《建国方略》中的“第一章 以饮食为证”,以飨读者。
China’s food culture has a long history, is world-famous and is China’s precious cultural heritage. In the “Founding of the People’s Republic of China” book written by Sun Yat-sen in 1917-1919, he devoted himself to evaluating the dietary culture of our country in a highly specialized manner. This is the most complete and important piece of literature on Chinese dietary culture in modern history of our country. History, has important academic value.
