疾病预防控制规范化建设是促进疾控工作的有效手段,是实现基本公共卫生服务逐步均等化的重要基础〔1,2〕。公共卫生队伍建设是规范化试点建设的主要任务之一,也是规范疾控工作的前提条件之一。为探索建立规范化的疾病预防控制工作,在湖北省内某市疾控中心(CDC)开展了3年的规范化建设试点,通过建立人才培训进修机制,落实人事制度改革等措施,提高疾控工作人员流行病学调查、现场处置和实验室检测检验能力〔3-5〕。1具体做法
The standardized construction of disease prevention and control is an effective means of promoting disease control and prevention and an important basis for achieving the gradual equalization of basic public health services [1,2]. The construction of public health teams is one of the major tasks of standardizing pilot projects and one of the preconditions for regulating disease control work. In order to explore the establishment of a standardized disease prevention and control work, a three-year pilot project of standardization was conducted in CDC of a city in Hubei Province. Through such measures as the establishment of a personnel training and further training mechanism and the reform of the personnel system, the CDC Epidemiological investigation, on-site disposal and laboratory testing ability [3-5]. 1 specific approach
