研究了用5,7-二碘-8-羟基喹啉和罗丹明6G萃取-分光光度法测定分析纯二氧化钛和自制高纯三氧化二钛中微量镁的含量。待测样品在硫酸和硫酸铵作用下溶解为硫酸钛;而其中含有的镁则转化为硫酸镁。在微碱性溶液(pH= 9.0)中与5,7-二碘-8-羟基喹啉及罗丹明6G反应生成(Rh6G)+ [Mg(OxI2)3]- ,用甲苯萃取。以相同实验条件下未加样品的萃取有机相为空白参比,在546 nm 下测定其吸光度。由于微量镁的分析影响因素较多,不易测准。我们增加了过滤钛、降温等措施,使测量精度大大提高。
The contents of trace magnesium in pure titanium dioxide and self-made high-purity titanium dioxide were determined by 5-deoxy-8-quinolinol and rhodamine 6G extraction-spectrophotometry. The sample to be tested is dissolved in sulfuric acid and ammonium sulfate as titanium sulfate, while the magnesium contained therein is converted to magnesium sulfate. Reaction with 5,7-diiodo-8-hydroxyquinoline and rhodamine 6G in a slightly alkaline solution (pH = 9.0) yields (Rh6G) + [Mg (OxI2) 3] - and is extracted with toluene. Under the same experimental conditions, the extracted organic phase was blank reference, and its absorbance was measured at 546 nm. Due to the analysis of trace magnesium more influential factors, not easy to measure. We have increased the filter titanium, cooling and other measures to greatly improve the measurement accuracy.
