显象管愈来愈广泛的应用于生活,生产和科研之中,目前国内显象管产量已达每年数百万只。因此研究其失效原因,探讨其延长寿命的途径有重要的现实意义。显象管又是一种高电压器件,涉及较多的工艺和材料,在各类电真空器件中有一定的代表性。本文拟以显象管为具体对象讨论电真空器件研究失效的方法,同时也简要的介绍显象管失效分析中得到的一些主要结果。
The picture tube is more and more widely used in life, production and research, the current domestic production of the display tube has reached millions every year. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the causes of failure and explore ways to prolong life. CRT is a high-voltage devices, involving more technology and materials, in various types of electrical vacuum devices have a certain representation. In this paper, the CRT as a concrete object to discuss the method of electrical vacuum device failure, but also briefly introduce some of the main results obtained in CRT failure analysis.
