企业的迅速发展促进社会经济的进步,这两者之间存在着紧密的联系,其中企业政工是企业方面迅速发展的重要部分。如今市场竞争越来越激烈,因此企业方面要想在如今激烈的市场竞争当中生存和发展,就必须依靠来自企业内部全体员工们的共同的努力来进行。而要想企业内部的全体员工都向着同一个目标努力进步,就必须要保证员工们的思想和工作都必须要保持一个积极向上的精神态度,这就需要企业政工工作人员发挥出其本身的作用和职能。本文主要针对企业政工工作当中所面临的挑战进行分析,并以此来推出相应的对策以供参考。
