目的:比较临床常用的2种根管长度测量法-X线片指感法和电测法的临床应用结果并进行对比分析,评价其准确性及优越性。方法:将562位患者,618颗患牙随机分成2组,分别用传统的X线片指感法和电子根管定位仪测定根管工作长度,超声波制备根管,侧压法充填根管,术后拍X线片,测量根充材料至根尖的距离。结果:电子根管定位仪距根尖1mm内的准确率达94%,较X线片指感法(84%)高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:电子根管定位仪测定根管工作长度的准确性较传统的X线片指感法高,且操作简便,建议作为今后测量根管工作长度的主要工具,在临床推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the clinical application of two kinds of root canal length measuring methods commonly used in clinic - the X-ray finger sensillum method and the electric measuring method, and to compare and analyze them to evaluate their accuracy and superiority. Methods: 562 patients and 618 diseased teeth were randomly divided into 2 groups. The length of root canal was determined by traditional X-ray finger-pointing method and electronic root canal locator. The root canal was prepared by ultrasonic wave and the root canal was filled by lateral pressure. Beat the X-ray film and measure the distance between the root material and the root material. Results: The accuracy rate of electronic root canal locator within 1mm from root tip was 94%, which was higher than that of X-ray finger method (84%). The difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The accuracy of electronic root canal locator in determining the working length of root canal is higher than that of traditional X-ray finger method, and it is easy to operate. It is recommended as the main tool to measure the working length of root canal in future.
