目的安氏Ⅲ类错对颞下颌关节(TMJ)的影响是正畸研究领域中的难点。本研究通过定量分析颞下颌关节音的特征,探讨恒牙列早期安氏Ⅲ类错与TMJ之间的关系。方法选择安氏Ⅲ类错受试者21名,并以个别正常20例作对照。使用K6-I型口颌系统功能检查仪中的电声谱仪(ESG electrosonogram)进行颞下颌关节音记录。结果比较安氏Ⅲ类及个别正常两组测试者左(L)、右(R)两侧颞下颌关节关节音的峰频率(Peak frequency,P)及强度(Amplitude,A)的均值,统计学上无差异,髁状突在开闭口的平滑运动过程中产生的声频为47Hz。结论颞下颌关节音的发生与恒牙列早期安氏Ⅲ类错畸形间没有必然的联系;髁状突在开闭口时产生的声响可能是青少年颞下颌关节音的特征;电声谱仪可提供一个比较准确、无损伤的诊断手段。
Objective To investigate the effect of Class Ⅲ malocclusion on temporomandibular joint (TMJ) in the orthodontic field. In this study, by quantitative analysis of the characteristics of temporomandibular joint tone, to investigate the early permanent dentition Class Ⅲ malocclusion and TMJ relationship. Methods Twenty-one subjects with Class III Malocclusion were selected and compared with 20 cases of normal controls. Temporal mandibular joint stenosis recordings were performed using an ESG electrosonogram in a K6-I oral mandibular system functional tester. Results The mean and peak values of Peak frequency (P) and Amplitude (A) of temporomandibular joint articular tones on the left (L) and right (R) No difference in learning, the condyle in the smooth opening and closing the mouth of the process of audio generated 47Hz. Conclusion The occurrence of temporomandibular joint tone is not necessarily related to the early malocclusion of Angle Class III malocclusion in the permanent dentition. The sound of the condylar process may be characteristic of temporomandibular articulation in adolescents. The electroacoustic spectroscopy Provide a more accurate, non-invasive diagnostic tools.
