应用双抗体夹心法及APAAP法对经自体LAK细胞回输治疗的慢性乙型肝炎病人进行血浆肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的检测。结果发现治疗后第2周及第4周,血浆TNF水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),而在治疗后第6周则明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗前病人有CD_4~+细胞降低和CD_8~+
The serum levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in patients with chronic hepatitis B treated by autologous LAK cell transfusion were detected by double antibody sandwich method and APAAP method. At week 2 and week 4 after treatment, the level of plasma TNF was significantly higher than that before treatment (P <0.05), but significantly lower at 6 weeks after treatment than before treatment (P <0.05).
