采用自制的电刺激器,微机加A/D转换器构成波形发生器,对幅度感觉阈、脉宽感觉阈、脉宽分辨力、感觉适应性4项指标进行了测试。除适应性测试使用了20个测试对象外,其它各项均有30个测试对象。测试部位包括手指两侧、上臂、胸、背、腰、腹、耳垂。结果表明:(1)单向波幅度感觉阈高于双向波,(2)脉宽感觉动态范围8~12dB,(3)脉宽可分辨级数为7~8,(4)触觉阈和痛阈随刺激时间的增加而增加,经过20min后,脉宽触觉阈值上升了约3.45dB。
The self-made electrical stimulator and the computer plus A / D converter are used to form the waveform generator. The amplitude sensation threshold, the pulse width sensory threshold, the pulse width resolution and the sensory adaptability are tested.
