本文介绍为大型工程机械配套生产的6135柴油发动机中,采用稀土-镁铜钼球墨铸铁代替40Cr锻钢的高速柴油机连杆。装机的连杆零件,机械性能达到厂标QT75-2,金相组织达到JB1802-76“稀土球墨铸铁金相标准”的要求。几年来,装机球铁连杆在135系列柴油机上有700台,共84000马力,出厂后配10立方米螺杆空压机、发电机、汽车、船舶、挖掘机等使用,尚未发现连杆断裂及孔距变形等情况;在黄河牌8吨载重汽车上装用该柴油机,经六万公里行车试验后拆卸检查,连杆情况良好。
