以对甲苯磺酸和十八水合硫酸铝为催化剂合成对羟基苯甲酸正丁酯。与浓硫酸相比,用对甲基苯磺酸和Al_2(SO_4)_3·18H_2O作催化剂可获得较高产率的酯,反应时间短,副反应少,三废排放量少,产物易分离提纯,且Al_2(SO_4)_3·18H_2O可望循环使用。
Synthesis of n - Butyl p - hydroxybenzoate with p - Toluene sulfonic acid and aluminum sulfate octadecahydrate as catalysts. Compared with concentrated sulfuric acid, using p-toluenesulfonic acid and Al 2 (SO 4) 3 · 18H 2 O as catalysts, higher yields of esters can be obtained with short reaction time, few side reactions and less waste of three wastes. The products are easily separated and purified Al_2 (SO_4) _3 · 18H_2O is expected to be recycled.
