针对某煤化工企业废水含有高浓度有毒难降解污染物的特点,采用UASB-改良A/O-MBBR-Fenton-BAF工艺进行处理。6个月的调试运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果稳定、耐冲击负荷能力强、运行成本低。在进水COD为2 500~3 000 mg/L、总酚为550~800 mg/L、NH_4~+-N为120~180 mg/L时,处理出水COD≤50 mg/L、总酚≤20 mg/L、NH_4~+-N≤5 mg/L,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。废水处理运行成本为5.40元/m3。
Aiming at the characteristics of a coal chemical industry wastewater containing high concentrations of toxic and refractory pollutants, UASB-modified A / O-MBBR-Fenton-BAF process was adopted. The results of 6 months’ commissioning showed that the process has the advantages of stable processing effect, strong impact load resistance and low operation cost. When the influent COD was 2 500-3 000 mg / L, the total phenols was 550-800 mg / L, NH 4 + -N was 120-180 mg / L, the effluent COD was less than or equal to 50 mg / L and total phenols ≤ 20 mg / L, NH_4 ~ + -N≤5 mg / L, the quality of effluent reaches Grade I standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996). Wastewater treatment operating costs 5.40 yuan / m3.
